Is it Worth it to Invest in a Rental Property?

This recent article from MoneySense gives a great overview of how to figure out if you can afford to buy a rental property and how to calculate the expenses (including mortgage expenses) and income to ensure you’re covering costs or making income. I currently own two rental properties and have owned many over the years, so I believe firmly that owning rental properties is a solid investment option that can pay of now or even by the time I retire.
